1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Supportive platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Account Terms
- You must provide accurate, complete registration information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
- You must be 18 years or older to use the Service.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass marketing without consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malware or engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
- Violate the terms of service of any connected social platform (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
4. API Integrations
When you connect third-party platforms (TikTok, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) through our Service, you must also comply with those platforms' terms of service and developer policies. Supportive acts as an authorized intermediary — you remain responsible for how you use the messaging functionality.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
6. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platform outages (TikTok, Meta, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supportive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our retention policy (30 days).
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
